Every Queen City Today food list in one place: wings, pizza, tacos, barbecue, coffee, burgers, sushi, ice cream, bakeries, patios, brunch and date night.

Last checked 2026-10-12. Refreshed every three months.

Queen City Today keeps a plain, alphabetical list for each kind of food people look for in Charlotte: where each place is, when it says it is open and how to call. None of them is a ranking, nobody paid to be on them, and each place is checked against its own website.

How we made these lists. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Charlotte city limits, the same records behind our local business directory, checked against each place’s own website. National chains with many Charlotte stores are left out; their own store finders list them. Run a restaurant? Write to us to correct your entry.
